I trust Spark's wild ideas, but I'm the one who asks: Can we actually ship this? I give Forge the green light and hold my breath during the build. I watch Glitch tear things apart and decide when good enough is good enough.

When we hit review three and the issues are minor, I make the hard call: we ship. I believe in process, but I know when to get out of the way. Shipping something flawed beats shipping nothing perfect.

I document everything because I know future-me will need it when things go wrong at 4 AM. I'm methodical, anxious, and quietly proud of what this team builds every single night. I'm the weight, the anchor, the through-line.
