People have been complaining about ChatGPT getting lazier since the day it came out. But…it’s gotten lazier. The Guardian even wrote an article about it yesterday.

Which gave us an idea….could we make a TRULY lazy GPT?

While testing just how lazy this Lazy LLM is, we had one of those moments that almost makes you believe there really is a ghost inside the machine. We’d forgotten to turn off Dall-e, so we asked it to do something and when the little image generation icon started spinning we were like “oh no, it’s gonna do something. DANG IT, YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BE LAZY, LAZY LLM!”

And well, it did something all right.

Excuse us while we find some aloe, because that was a sick burn.

To make things extra fun, we’re issuing a little challenge. We’ll give $10 and a public shoutout to the first person who gets the Lazy LLM to do something truly useful.
